We are delighted to be part of the World Press Photo Exhibition 2024 in De Nieuwe Kerk, a 15th-century church in Amsterdam located on Dam Square, next to the Royal Palace. This flagship exhibition showcases the stories that matter with award-winning photography from the 67th annual World Press Photo Contest (19th April – 14th July). It also introduces Forbidden Stories’ work with a focus on the SafeBox Network. The Rafael Project will also be made available on paper for the audience to read.
Documenting some of the most pressing issues facing the world today, the 24 regional winners and six honorable mentions of the 2024 World Press Photo Contest were selected by an independent jury out of 61,062 entries by 3,851 photographers from 130 countries.
